AgriVerse and VisionVerse collect only information necessary to deliver, maintain, and protect our services: • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and encrypted password credentials when you register. • Farm & Agronomic Data: Farm boundary coordinates, soil type, crops sown, seasonal expenses, harvest yields, partner revenue splits, and worker logs that you choose to store in AgriVerse. • Payment & Transaction Identifiers: When you purchase a subscription, our payment processor (Razorpay / Stripe) handles the transaction. We receive and store transaction references, plan type, invoice numbers, billing cycle, and expiration timestamps. We DO NOT store raw credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. • Technical & Device Metadata: IP address, device model, operating system, browser type, language preferences, and anonymized app usage logs collected during system operation.

Your data is utilized strictly for service delivery, operational support, and system security: • To create, authenticate, and manage your user account • To maintain your digital farming ledger, generate season P&L summaries, and export financial PDF reports • To deliver localized weather risk alerts and calculate evapotranspiration indices • To process subscription payments, send digital invoices, and manage plan activations • To provide customer support, troubleshoot bug reports, and resolve inquiries • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions or security violations • To continuously improve application performance and user experience

All payments made on AgriVerse are processed using PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, including Razorpay and Stripe: • Data in Transit: All payment data exchanged between your browser and the payment gateway is encrypted using TLS 1.3 encryption. • Tokenization: Payment instruments are handled via secure tokenization. AgriVerse does not store, see, or have access to full card details or banking credentials. • Security Safeguards: Server databases utilize encrypted storage at rest with strict multi-factor role-based access control.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or farm data to data brokers or advertising networks. We share information only with trusted third-party service providers essential for platform operations: • Payment Processors: Razorpay and Stripe for secure billing and subscription handling • Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel, AWS, and secure database hosting providers • SMS & OTP Services: Authorized telecom providers for phone verification and password recovery • Analytics & Error Monitoring: Anonymized system telemetry tools for performance monitoring All service providers are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

You retain 100% ownership of your farm data, financial ledgers, and crop records: • You can export your financial statements and records at any time in standard PDF or tabular formats. • We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to comply with tax, statutory, and legal obligations. • You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated records by contacting privacy@visionverse.in or support@visionverse.in. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

We utilize strictly necessary cookies and local storage tokens to keep you securely signed in and preserve your language and UI preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for targeted cross-site advertising.
