AgriVerse is a modern agricultural management software platform operated by VisionVerse Technologies ("VisionVerse", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website (visionverse.in), AgriVerse (agriverse.visionverse.in), VisionVerse Tools (tools.visionverse.in), or any associated web and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platforms immediately.

AgriVerse provides digital agricultural management, accounting, and advisory tools designed to assist farmers, farm managers, and agribusinesses. These services include: • Digital farm field mapping and parcel boundary management • Agricultural ledger, income, expense, and loan repayment accounting • Partnership crop-share revenue and cost settlement splits • Agricultural weather forecasts, precipitation alerts, and microclimate intelligence • AgriVerse Copilot AI decision-support and agronomic insights • Crop disease photo scanning, symptom recognition, and treatment guidance • Grain storage inventory tracking and APMC mandi market price intelligence • Other digital software features and exports offered through the platform

To access AgriVerse features, you must register an account using a valid email address or mobile phone number. You are responsible for: • Providing true, accurate, current, and complete registration details • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and authentication tokens • Restricting unauthorized access to your devices • Promptly notifying us at support@visionverse.in of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access You are solely responsible for all activities, data entries, and transactions executed under your user account.

AgriVerse offers Free and Paid subscription plans (such as the Pro Plan All-Inclusive): • Subscription fees are billed on a prepaid recurring basis (Monthly or Annual billing cycle) according to the pricing published on our website at the time of purchase. • Prices for customers in India are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (18%). • Prices for international customers are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) or other supported currencies. • We reserve the right to revise subscription fees upon giving at least 30 days prior notice to active subscribers via email or in-app announcement.

All subscription payments are securely processed through Razorpay or other PCI-DSS certified payment gateway providers: • AgriVerse and VisionVerse do not store, process, or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. • All payment sessions utilize industry-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. • By providing payment details, you represent that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment instrument.

Where recurring billing is activated: • Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your plan prior to the renewal date. • You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account settings or by submitting a written request to support@visionverse.in. • Upon cancellation, no further renewal fees will be charged. You will retain complete access to all paid features until the expiration of your current active billing cycle.

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. As a digital SaaS service, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once active, except in cases of verified technical billing errors, duplicate charges, or qualifying service disruptions. Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days back to the original payment method. Please consult our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full criteria.

AgriVerse Copilot, crop disease scanners, and weather advisories are advanced AI-assisted decision-support tools built to assist farm operations: • AI recommendations are provided strictly for informational and decision-support purposes. • Agricultural outcomes depend heavily on fluctuating local weather, soil conditions, seed quality, application precision, and biological factors. • VisionVerse does NOT guarantee crop yields, pest eradication, financial gains, or specific harvest outcomes. • You remain exclusively responsible for verifying all pesticide dosages, chemical applications, financial investments, and farm operations before execution.

You agree to use AgriVerse strictly for legitimate agricultural and business purposes. You agree not to: • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of AgriVerse • Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts to harvest data from our platform • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or interfere with system integrity and server performance • Resell, sub-license, or redistribute access to third parties without prior written consent • Enter fraudulent transactions or deliberately misleading financial or ownership records

VisionVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activities, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, VisionVerse Technologies and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, crop damage, data loss, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.
