By accessing or using any VisionVerse product or service — including VisionVerse Tools (tools.visionverse.in), VisionVerse Farms (farms.visionverse.in), and our main website (visionverse.in) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Use our services to upload, process, or distribute illegal, obscene, or harmful content • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our products • Use our services to spam, phish, or conduct fraudulent activities • Circumvent any security or usage limits • Sell or resell access to our services without written consent • Use automated bots or scrapers on our platforms without permission

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access: hello@visionverse.in We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Some features of VisionVerse products are available on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing: • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the frequency specified (monthly or annually) • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@visionverse.in within 7 days of a charge for refund inquiries • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks on our platforms are the intellectual property of VisionVerse or our licensors. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our software or content • Use the VisionVerse name, logo, or branding without written permission Content you create, upload, or process through our tools remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content, but you grant us a limited license to process it for the purposes of providing the service.

For VisionVerse Farms, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of farm records, financial data, worker details, and other information you enter. VisionVerse is not responsible for business decisions made based on data entered into the app. Always verify reports independently for official financial or legal purposes.

Custom IT services (web development, AI integrations, ERP implementations) are governed by separate project agreements or statements of work. In the absence of such agreements, these terms apply. Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for IT projects are specified in individual proposals accepted by both parties.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. VisionVerse is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisionVerse's cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
